So what better place to focus on ourselves and our current environment than outdoors? The lush grass beneath our feet, the sunny rays against our skin, the hum of bumblebees and birdsong, the rustle of leaves in the tress... all theses sights, sounds, smells and touch enhance and heighten our senses.
Here are a few of my favourite go-to books and apps that I personally use and find to be the most helpful (and hopefully you will too!) You could sit in the garden and read/listen to these and enjoy being in a beautiful yet peaceful part of the countryside.
